HISTORY OF YOUKI

1976 - Established a factory in Mitaka City and relocated to an office (36 tsubo)

1980 - Started production of soy bean sauce at the Tochigi factory.

1984 - Koganei Product Center opened.

1985 - Changed logo from yuki to youki

The English logo of the company name is "YOUKI" instead of "YOU" to express the desire for an intimate relationship with customers.

1988 - Osaka sales office opene

            Established Yuki Food Industry Co., Ltd.

            Began expanding our manufacturing bases.

1989 - Expansion of Koganei Product Center 

            Tateshina factory started operation (oyster sauce)

            Moved office to Momijigaoka, Fuchu City

            Gala soup line installed at Hachioji Plant

            Hengyang Foods (now Yukiri Tail) was established.

1991 - Tateshina No. 2 Factory started operation (Gala Soup)

            Nagoya office opened.

1993 - Joint venture Wuxi Yuki Foods Co., Ltd. established

1994 - Establishment of the Information Center (now the System Planning Office)

            Antenna shop "Gourmet World" opened in Yokohama and Kunitachi

1995 - Sendai Office opened.

           Tateshina No. 3 Plant started operations (production of Kochijang, Nampla and 30 other items)

           Changed the company name from Sunny Foods to Yuki Foods System.

1996 - Fukuoka Office opened.

1997 - Completion of the head office building in Chofu City, Tokyo

            Antenna shop "Gourmet World Koganei" opened

1998 - Homepage opened

2000 - Opened the Customer Service Center.

           Iruma Product Center opened

2001 - Sapporo office opened. Hiroshima Office opened.

2002 - Tateshina Factory acquires HACCP certification

            Yatsugatake Plant started operations.

2003 -   Company name changed to Yuki Foods Co., Ltd.

              Company name changed to Yuki Food Industry Co., Ltd.

             (With the aim of becoming a global comprehensive food manufacturer that handles ingredients from all over the world, we have changed our company name to "Yuuki Foods" in katakana.)

             Yatsugatake factory started operation (Kochijang, Sugar Sauce, Cooper)

             ISO9001 acquisition

2004 - Fukuoka Food Center started operations.

            Inauguration of Yuuki Foods System Headquarters Building Yuuki Hall

2005 -  Food Research Institute was established.

            Hengyang Foods changed its name to Yukiri Tail

 

2006 - Business transfer from Lion McCormick

2007 - Started sales of McCormick products.

2011 - Yatsugatake No. 2 Factory started operation (steak sauce, dressing, and other seasonings)

2012 - Yatsugatake No. 3 Factory started operation (tteok, tteokbokgi) 

           Hidekazu Tanaka appointed as president.

2019 - 45th fiscal year: Sales of 10 billion yen

2024 - Ina factory started operation (Gala soup with a gentle taste)
